Green vegetable and rosemary juice

Is your green juice missing something? Losing it’s zip? Well, there is a way to bring life back into your juice routine. Just like mixing healthy cruciferous vegetables and sprightly, sweeter citrus makes a juice more balanced – blending in herbs adds another layer of flavor to the mix.
- ½ cucumber
- ½ cup broccoli sprouts
- 2 Brussel sprouts
- ½ lemon
- ½ green apple
- 5 leaves of fresh rosemary (just the very small leaves, not the branch)
Juice and enjoy immediately!
Very popular for its therapeutic properties since the end of the 19th century, rosemary activates the secretion of bile, which itself plays a capital role in the digestion of fats. After the excesses of winter, it is the perfect detoxifier.
